Position Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team and provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering and routing calls, and handling a variety of administrative tasks. The successful candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Guest Experience
  • Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive first impression

  • Check clients in and out efficiently

  • Answer questions about services, pricing, promotions, and policies

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area

Phone, Text & Email Communication
  • Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally

  • Schedule, confirm, and modify appointments

  • Manage waitlists, cancellations, and sameday openings

  • Route messages to the appropriate staff members

Scheduling & Front Desk Operations
