We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to support daily office operations in Brookfield, Wisconsin. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming front-office environment while keeping administrative tasks organized and on schedule. The person in this role will manage incoming communication, assist with clerical duties, and help maintain accurate records in a busy, detail-focused setting.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, direct them appropriately, and maintain a courteous and friendly front desk presence.
• Handle incoming phone calls, route messages to the correct team members, and provide timely assistance to callers.
• Perform a range of administrative support tasks to help the office run smoothly each day.
