Job description

Position Overview:

Resolve West Allis is seeking a reliable and friendly Part-Time Receptionist to support daily front desk operations in a skilled nursing setting. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and organized environment for visitors, staff, and residents.

Schedule:

  • 32 hours per pay period (bi-weekly)
  • Weekday schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Every other weekend: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct or transfer calls appropriately
  • Take and relay messages accurately
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments
  • Greet and direct visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front entrance/reception area

Qualifications:

  • Previous receptionist experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, behavioral health, or hospital settings is preferred
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
