Position Overview:
Resolve West Allis is seeking a reliable and friendly Part-Time Receptionist to support daily front desk operations in a skilled nursing setting. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and organized environment for visitors, staff, and residents.
Schedule:
- 32 hours per pay period (bi-weekly)
- Weekday schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Every other weekend: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct or transfer calls appropriately
- Take and relay messages accurately
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Greet and direct visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front entrance/reception area
Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, behavioral health, or hospital settings is preferred
- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Professional and positive attitude
- Basic computer and phone system skills preferred
