Job description

Advocate Health is seeking a plastic and reconstructive surgeon to join our physician-led medical group and serve patients at the beautiful office and surgery center in Pleasant Prairie and the Aurora Medical Center in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
 
Position highlights
  • Full-time Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon
  • You will practice at the beautiful newer physician office building and surgery center in Pleasant Prairie; Hospital cases will be done at the Aurora Medical Center in Kenosha, an 80 bed full service hospital
  • You will become part of an integrated program within our Plastic Surgery Department and appreciate the support from an embedded Plastic Surgery Service line
  • Collaborative partners throughout Southeast Wisconsin and northern Illinois meet regularly to discuss patient quality and service outcomes
  • You will have the opportunity to practice the full-spectrum of plastic surgery including microsurgery, breast reconstruction, skin grafting, flaps, and wound care, along with some cosmetics, however this is not a cosmetic practice
  • Supportive, dedicated staff with RNs and APCs
  • Excellent referral base from within the multi-specialty clinics and communities in the surrounding area
  • EPIC EMR 
  • Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
  • Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
  • Experience an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patients
  • Starting salary range: $638,093-638,094
  • Sign-on bonus eligible 
Training and/or Experience Required:
  • Completion of an accredited program
  • Microsurgery/microvascular fellowship helpful but not required
  • Excellent skills/experience in microsurgery/microvascular reconstruction is required for this position
