Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of freight forwarding sales professionals.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute regional sales strategies.
  • Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to penetrate key accounts through cross-selling and relationship building.
  • Improve sales effectiveness, win rates, and overall market performance.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B sales management experience.
  • Freight forwarding industry experience required.
  • Customer-focused with a track record of building long-term client relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
