What is a freelance Workday integration developer?

Freelance Workday Integration Developers are independent professionals who specialize in connecting the Workday platform with other software systems used by a business. They design, build, and maintain integrations to ensure smooth data flow between Workday and external applications such as payroll, benefits, or HR systems.
