As an Workday Integration Lead - Manager, you will use your knowledge and experience with this premier software to help your clients solve the most pressing issues facing their HR function today by:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing and driving end-to-end Workday integration delivery across all project phases, including requirements gathering, solution design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Leading the integration architecture and delivery approach for Workday implementations, ensuring alignment with client business processes, enterprise architecture, and downstream/upstream systems
  • Managing project workstreams, mentoring and directing junior team members, and coordinating cross-functional activities to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders on integration matters, facilitating workshops, driving design decisions, capturing requirements, and converting them into scalable integration solutions and deliverables
  • Reviewing integration design documents, build artifacts, test results, and deployment plans for accuracy, completeness, and alignment to project objectives
  • Driving adoption of Workday Orchestrations, Extend, APIs, and automation-enabled integration patterns to improve solution scalability and delivery efficiency
  • Applying AI-enabled tools, developer-agent concepts, and automation techniques to improve build productivity, quality assurance, documentation, and support processes
  • Partnering with functional, reporting, security, and technical teams to ensure integrated end-to-end solutions are delivered successfully

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
  • 6+ years of experience delivering Workday solutions, including end-to-end lifecycle experience with multiple Workday implementations
  • 6+ years of experience designing, building, and overseeing Workday integrations across multiple technologies
  • 6+ years of experience successfully leading workstreams or project teams in a consulting environment with accountability for deliverables, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation
  • 6+ years of experience translating complex technical concepts into clear business language for diverse audiences
  • 6+ years of strong problem-solving capability, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Workday Pro Workday Orchestrate Developer Services Certification
  • 6+ years of experience working in consulting solutions for Fortune 500 or equivalent clients
  • 4+ years of experience mentoring and developing junior staff through onboarding, skills development, or performance reviews
  • Experience with Workday Orchestrations, Workday Extend, APIs, and integration automation
  • Exposure to AI-assisted delivery approaches, developer-agent patterns, scripting, or automation tooling
  • Experience leading integration strategy across HCM, Payroll, Finance, and third-party vendor ecosystems
  • 4+ years of experience with advanced Excel, executive-level PowerPoint, and Visio/process-flow documentation
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $141,200 to $278,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
