The Technical Stage Manager is the stage-side owner of technical readiness for our Atlanta studio. This role makes sure the stage is physically, operationally, and practically ready to receive productions, tech scouts, demos, pre-lights, and internal initiatives. Reporting to the Executive Producer, the The Stage Manager focuses on stage setup, support workflows, practical floor-level technical support, and stage-side camera and signal readiness tied to production intake.
Key responsibilities include:
โ€ข Owning stage readiness for productions, pre-lights, tech scouts, demos, and internal activity
โ€ข Leading stage-side camera integration, signal-side readiness, and genlock workflows for incoming productions
โ€ข Building and maintaining stage support workflows, SOPs, and intake routines
