In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
Your contribution to the team:
• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
• The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
Required Skill and Experience
Experience in SAP or any other leading Non-SAP ERP solutions implementation and Support programs
Preferably previous experience with BI or process mining tools (e.g. Fluxicon, Celonis, ARIS Process Performance Manager, QPR, Signavio etc.)
In-depth knowledge in the areas of Business Process Design and Modeling, Business Process Analysis and KPI definition, measurements and other process analytics techniques to identify process improvement opportunities
Solid understanding on the business process modeling notations like BPMN 2.0 and business process management concepts, BPM technology, process hierarchy definition, familiarity with APQC process definitions, SAP Best Practices etc.
Experience on SAP Signavio Enterprise Suite and specifically on SAP Signavio Process Insights, SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, SAP Signavio Process Manager, SAP Signavio Journey Modeler, SAP Signavio Process Governance, SAP Signavio Collaboration Hub and SAP Build Process Automation.
Preferred Skill and Experience
Preferably integration experience of SAP Signavio with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Solution Manager, CALM, Enable Now, SAP BTP and LeanIX
Capability to work closely with clients to understand their challenges, business scenarios and business processes
Understanding of key customer processes, such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Acquire-to-retire, Issue-to-Resolution, Invoice-to-Cash etc.
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft, Oracle, SAP), process data extraction, process data transformation, process data analysis, reporting, etc.
Preferably experience with SQL, database technologies, ETL, SAP Data Intelligence, SAP Data Sphere and/or programming (Java, Python, R, etc.)
Preferably experience in business process automation concepts, SAP Build Process Automation and other AI / ML solutions
Ability to direct and manage Proof-of-Concept initiatives and consulting projects with SAP Signavio Enterprise Suite prospects and clients including business requirements definition, process analysis, data preparation, and solution deployment
Ability to lead and design customer-specific process analysis efforts to create insights into process behaviors and process performance identifying improvement potentials
Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills
Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore
Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day
Preferably SAP Certification on SAP Signavio Enterprise Suite

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
