Job description

About the Job You're Considering

At Capgemini Invent, we believe difference drives change. As inventive transformation consultants, we blend our strategic, creative and scientific capabilities, collaborating closely with clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Join us to drive transformation tailored to our client's challenges of today and tomorrow. Informed and validated by science and data. Superpowered by creativity and design. All underpinned by technology created with purpose.

As AI reshapes how organizations operate, compete, and create value, we are evolving our consulting model to be AI-enabled by design — augmenting human judgment with analytics, automation, and generative AI. Our Enterprise Transformation team is looking for consultants who are not only strong problem solvers, but who are excited to work differently in an AI-first world: curious, adaptable, and ready to help clients reimagine how work gets done.

The Workforce & Organization (W&O) is Capgemini Invent’s people‑led transformation capability, focused on helping organizations adapt their workforce, operating models, and ways of working to deliver sustainable business outcomes. W&O partners with clients to design and implement future‑ready organizations—aligning strategy, talent, culture, and technology to enable large‑scale transformation and improved workforce performance.

Your Role

As a Senior Manager, you’ll lead and grow large-scale transformation and organizational change engagements while driving both client delivery and business development. This role is critical on SAP S/4 and AI-enabled transformation programs, where success depends on business adoption, operating model evolution, process standardization, workforce readiness, and sustainable value realization. You will be accountable for delivering complex programs, building client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and developing high-performing teams.

You will:

  • Lead enterprise change and transformation programs for SAP S/4 and digital transformation initiatives, including integrated change strategy, executive alignment, stakeholder engagement, and value realization.
  • Own end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) delivery across large, complex programs, including impact assessment, operating model design, role redesign, training strategy, communications, and deployment readiness.
  • Align business process and value stream transformation with organizational design, workforce capabilities, and new ways of working to drive adoption and achieve business outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through cutover, go-live, hypercare, and stabilization phases to ensure business continuity and sustained adoption within large SI‑led delivery environments.
  • Drive account growth by identifying follow‑on opportunities, shaping proposals, developing client relationships, and contributing to sales pursuits and business development activities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, providing strategic guidance on transformation governance, organizational readiness, risk mitigation, and change leadership.
  • Lead, coach, and develop consulting teams while ensuring delivery excellence, commercial performance, and successful client outcomes.
  • Bring practical SAP S/4 transformation experience and change enablement tool expertise (e.g., WalkMe, SAP Enable Now, digital adoption platforms) to accelerate adoption and value realization.
  • Lead AI-enabled technology change initiatives, helping organizations prepare for and adopt AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions by addressing workforce impacts, operating model changes, governance, skills development, responsible AI adoption, and new ways of working.
Your Skills + Experience

You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AI‑enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AI‑augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI‑driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance. You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.

Required Experience

12+ years of experience leading large-scale organizational change, business transformation, and digital transformation programs. Proven leadership experience delivering SAP S/4HANA, ERP, or enterprise-wide transformation programs with accountability for strategy, delivery, and client outcomes. Demonstrated success managing executive stakeholders (C‑suite, business leaders, and program sponsors) and driving alignment across complex organizations. Deep understanding of how SAP S/4 and digital technologies transform business processes, operating models, roles, decision‑making, and workforce capabilities. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and operating effectively within large System Integrator (SI)-led delivery environments and global transformation programs. Track record of supporting business development, proposal development, account growth, and sales pursuits for transformation and change management engagements. Experience developing and implementing change strategies for AI, GenAI, and emerging technologies, including workforce readiness, adoption, governance, and organizational impact management. Strong expertise in organizational design, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption measurement, and value realization. Familiarity with digital adoption and change enablement platforms such as WalkMe, SAP Enable Now, Whatfix, or similar solutions. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (Prosci, SAP, PMP, Agile, Change Management) preferred.
