Dermsquared is seeking an experienced Freelance Webinar Registration Marketing Specialist to drive healthcare professional (HCP) registration and attendance for a growing portfolio of sponsored virtual webinars. This role is responsible for developing and executing high-performing, multi-channel marketing campaigns that increase webinar registrations, engagement, and attendance. 

The ideal candidate is a performance-driven marketer who can translate complex clinical or pharmaceutical topics into compelling campaigns that motivate healthcare professionals to register and attend. 

Key Responsibilities 

Webinar Campaign Strategy & Execution 

  • Develop end-to-end marketing campaigns for each sponsored webinar. 
  • Create registration-driving messaging, value propositions, and promotional strategies. 
  • Build and manage webinar promotion timelines and campaign calendars. 
  • Optimize campaigns to maximize registration volume and attendance rates. 

Copywriting & Content Development 

  • Write compelling webinar marketing copy across channels. 
  • Create email subject lines, headlines, body copy, CTAs, and registration landing page content. 
  • Develop promotional messaging tailored to healthcare professional audiences. 
  • Create webinar nurture and reminder email sequences. 

Email Marketing 

  • Build and deploy campaigns within Iterable. 
  • Create segmented email journeys and automated reminder workflows. 
  • Configure registration and engagement-triggered campaigns. 
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on results. 

Creative Development 

  • Design promotional assets using Canva or similar tools. 
  • Create email graphics, social media assets, digital advertisements, and webinar promotional materials. 
  • Adapt creative to sponsor branding requirements while maintaining Dermsquared standards. 
  • Develop visually compelling campaigns that drive conversions. 

Social Media Marketing 

  • Write and design organic social media posts. 
  • Develop supporting promotional content across multiple channels. 
  • Create social asset variations for campaign testing and optimization. 

Performance Optimization 

  • Monitor registration trends and campaign performance metrics. 
  • Develop creative, messaging, and targeting optimizations. 
  • Identify opportunities to increase conversion rates and attendance. 
  • Leverage data and campaign insights to improve future webinar performance. 

Qualifications 

Required 

  • 3+ years of marketing experience focused on webinar, event, or demand generation campaigns. 
  • Strong copywriting skills with demonstrated ability to drive conversions. 
  • Experience building email campaigns and journeys in marketing automation platforms. 
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools. 
  • Experience developing multi-channel marketing campaigns. 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight. 

Preferred 

  • Healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical education, or life sciences marketing experience. 
  • Experience marketing to physician or healthcare professional audiences. 
  • Familiarity with Iterable or other email building systems such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, or Mailchimp. 
  • Experience promoting webinars, virtual events, or educational programs. 
  • Understanding of performance marketing principles and conversion optimization.
