Position Summary

The Brand & Content Manager is responsible for developing, creating, and managing Reserve Health's digital communications, educational content, and brand storytelling across multiple platforms.

This position serves as the organization's primary content creator and is responsible for translating Reserve Health's expertise, people, services, and mission into engaging written, photographic, graphic, and video content that educates patients, strengthens client relationships, supports recruitment, increases community engagement, and builds long-term brand recognition.

This position requires a creative professional who combines strong storytelling abilities with excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, and an understanding of how high-quality digital content supports patient education, organizational reputation, and business growth.

The Brand & Content Manager is expected to proactively identify communication opportunities, collaborate with leaders throughout the organization, and independently manage projects from concept through publication.

Essential Functions

Content Strategy

  • Develop and maintain an annual editorial and content strategy.
  • Maintain an organized content calendar across all communication platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to educate patients, support existing clients, and increase community engagement.
  • Recommend new communication initiatives and digital engagement opportunities.

Content Creation

  • Research, write, edit, and publish original written content.
  • Produce newsletters, blogs, website articles, patient education materials, recruiting content, and organizational communications.
  • Translate complex medical topics into clear, engaging content for public audiences.

Photography & Videography

  • Capture professional photography and video throughout Reserve Health operations.
  • Coordinate photography and video sessions with department leaders and staff.
  • Conduct interviews with employees, patients (when appropriate), providers, and community partners.
  • Maintain an organized digital media library.

Multimedia Production

  • Edit professional photographs and videos.
  • Design graphics and visual content for digital and print communication.
  • Produce short-form and long-form multimedia content.
  • Maintain consistent visual standards across all communication channels.

Digital Communications

  • Manage Reserve Health's digital presence across approved communication platforms.
  • Publish content according to the editorial calendar.
  • Optimize content for platform-specific audiences.
  • Monitor audience engagement and recommend improvements.

Collaboration

  • Develop productive working relationships with department directors, providers, and staff.
  • Identify meaningful stories that highlight the organization's mission and impact.

Work Environment

This position is primarily based at Reserve Health facilities and partner locations throughout the region.
