Job Title

Below is a brief description of what the client is looking for:

  • Temporary (approximately 12 weeks) support needed for inbound customer service inquiries – recall related.
  • The recall is non-food and will consist of consumers contacting us via email forms to receive reimbursement for a product purchased largely at Walmart and Target.
  • The temporary agents will receive access to Salesforce Consumer Cloud where the consumer emails will be housed for processing.
  • Light data entry involved + email response to consumer.
  • Training provided by delivery team prior to beginning.
