3. Data Analytics & Business Insights

  • Conduct deep-dive performance analysis: Evaluate sales performance, customer behavior, and lifecycle trends to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Identify revenue optimization opportunities: Detect inefficiencies within the sales funnel and highlight areas for margin improvement.
  • Perform segmentation and trend analysis: Utilize cohort analysis and data modeling to uncover patterns and growth opportunities.
  • Translate data into business insights: Present findings in a clear and actionable format for leadership and operational teams.

4. CRM Optimization & Process Improvement

  • Act as the HubSpot subject matter expert: Maintain strong knowledge of platform capabilities and best practices.
  • Enhance CRM workflows: Collaborate with stakeholders to improve lead scoring, attribution tracking, and workflow automation.
  • Improve system usability: Continuously refine CRM processes to enhance user adoption and reporting accuracy.
  • Support training and adoption: Provide guidance and training to CRM users across departments to ensure consistent system usage.

5. Market Intelligence & Business Analysis

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with key departments: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align CRM reporting with business priorities.
  • Communicate complex insights clearly: Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support leadership initiatives: Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to assist with strategic decision-making.
  • Drive data-informed culture: Encourage adoption of CRM insights across the organization to improve decision-making and performance.
