Job description

Celebrations by Allie is looking for an experienced Day-of Wedding Coordinator to join our team for an upcoming wedding in Buffalo, NY.


Dates: September 11–12, 2026

Location: Buffalo, NY

Position: Contract / On-site

Wedding Day Coverage: Approximately 10 hours


Responsibilities:


* Attend and assist with the wedding rehearsal on September 11

* Provide approximately 10 hours of coordination on the wedding day

* Manage the wedding timeline and keep the day running on schedule

* Coordinate with vendors and venue staff

* Oversee ceremony and reception logistics

* Assist with setup and final details as needed

* Troubleshoot issues and support the couple throughout the event


Qualifications:


* Prior wedding coordination experience required

* Comfortable independently managing wedding-day logistics

* Strong communication and organizational skills

* Professional, dependable, and calm under pressure

* Reliable transportation

* Must be available both September 11 and 12
