About Us

SolidWorks, LLC is a growing concrete and masonry business serving residential and commercial clients across Northern Virginia and the DC Metro area. We pride ourselves on high-quality craftsmanship, reliable timelines, and doing the job right the first time. We are looking for an experienced Concrete & Masonry Specialist to join our crew on a part-time or project-by-project basis.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Experience: Proven hands-on experience in concrete finishing and general masonry (brick, block, and stone).
  • Skills: Ability to read blueprints/plans, estimate materials, and execute detailed trowel work.
  • Reliability: You show up on time, take pride in your work, and communicate effectively.
  • Tools & Transport: Must have reliable transportation to various job sites across Northern VA and possess your own basic masonry hand tools.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy manual labor, lift 50+ lbs, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Why Work With Us?

  • Flexibility: Perfect for a skilled tradesman looking for supplemental income, weekend work, or a flexible freelance schedule.
  • Professional Environment: Well-organized projects led by highly experienced management—no chaotic job sites.
  • Competitive Pay: We pay well for quality work and reliability.

How to Apply

Please submit your resume or a brief summary of your concrete and masonry experience, along with photos of your recent work if available.
