Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives across the organization. This role requires strong technical marketing skills, creative abilities, and project management experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and has experience supporting franchise systems, healthcare, or infusion-related organizations (preferred but not required).
Duties/Responsibilities:
Email Marketing & CRM Management:
  • Develop, design, and deploy email campaigns using MailChimp or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Manage contact segmentation, audience lists, and reporting metrics.
  • Utilize FranConnect or similar CRM systems to support franchise communication and marketing initiatives.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance; provide reporting and optimization recommendations.

Digital Marketing & Paid Advertising:
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
  • Oversee and execute campaigns through LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Monitor KPIs including CTR, conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROI.
  • Assist in SEO best practices and website content optimization.

Design & Creative Development:
  • Work with design team to create marketing collateral including flyers, postcards, brochures, digital assets, presentations, and event materials.
  • Maintain brand standards across all franchise marketing materials.
  • Utilize design platforms such as:

  • Adobe InDesign
  • Canva
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Support video and basic multimedia creation when needed (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools).

Website Management:

  • Coordinate updates to franchise location pages.
  • Support landing page creation and campaign tracking.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and branding across digital properties.

Social Media Management:
  • Manage and schedule content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop content calendars.
  • Write engaging copy aligned with compliance standards.

Content & Copywriting:
  • Draft marketing copy for:
  • Email campaigns
  • Website content

  • Print and digital materials
  • Press releases and internal communications
  • Ensure messaging is consistent with brand voice and compliant with healthcare industry standards.

Event Planning & Franchise Support:
  • Coordinate marketing support for conferences, trade shows, and internal franchise meetings.
  • Manage logistics for event materials, signage, and promotional items.
  • Assist franchisees with local marketing needs and brand-compliant asset creation.
  • Support grand openings and local awareness campaigns.

Project Management & Communications:
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple concurrent marketing projects including the marketing store.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, franchise development, clinical teams, and leadership.
  • Maintain organized documentation of campaigns, assets, and marketing calendars.
  • Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining quality and brand consistency.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience preferred.

  • Experience in healthcare, infusion, specialty pharmacy, or medical marketing is highly desirable.
