FPC Franchise is seeking a motivated Business Development Coordinator to help connect experienced executives and industry leaders with franchise ownership opportunities. This role combines business development, relationship building, social selling, and executive outreach. At FPC, we help experienced professionals explore business ownership through our executive search franchise network. As part of the Franchise Development team, you'll connect with executives, recruiters, sales leaders, and industry professionals who are considering launching their own business. You'll play an important role in helping prospects learn about the opportunity and take the next step in their entrepreneurial journey.


What You’ll Do

  • Conduct targeted outreach through LinkedIn, email, and social media
  • Identify and engage prospective franchise candidates
  • Schedule introductory calls for the Director of Franchise Development
  • Write personalized outreach and follow-up messaging
  • Manage prospect activity within CRM systems
  • Support social media engagement and marketing initiatives
  • Research industries, executives, and companies to identify qualified prospects
  • Help maintain a consistent pipeline of franchise development opportunities


What We’re Looking For
