FPC (Flooring, Painting, and Carpentry) Construction provides comprehensive commercial carpentry services for new construction, renovations, tenant improvements, and complex remodels. Our carpentry teams excel in both structural and finish carpentry, helping shape functional and visually appealing spaces.
Job Summary
FPC is looking for a Commercial Flooring Project Manager in GA to join our Flooring Division. The position will manage large, complex commercial flooring projects from turnover through closeout. Ideally, this Flooring Project Manager will also have experience with technical drawings and have estimating capabilities.
Responsibilities
  • Full ownership of project financial performance, including budgets, revenue, costs, gross profit, and project-level profit-and-loss reporting
  • Ability to track earnings, forecast financial results, and clearly explain project wins, losses, and margin variances
  • Experience negotiating material pricing, subcontractor rates, and other project-related costs
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and help attract and retain business
  • Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
  • Proven commercial flooring project management experience
  • Experience with RFMS Measure preferred
  • Ability to read, interpret, draw, and revise flooring plans
  • Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, details, and finish schedules
  • Experience managing large and technically complex projects
  • Has existing relationships and the ability to recruit and maintain their subcontract labor roster with seasoned, proven flooring installers
  • Knowledge of commercial flooring installation standards and the ability to evaluate workmanship and installation quality
