National Key Account Manager, Industrial at FedPro
Location: US, Remote with Home Office
FedPro is hiring a hungry, entrepreneurial National Key Account Manager to own and aggressively grow our largest industrial distributor relationships-including Fastenal, Grainger, MSC, Ferguson, and other strategic accounts-by expanding our footprint within existing customers and developing new strategic business opportunities.

What you'll do
  • Own key national accounts end-to-end-learn how each account is structured, how they buy, how they're set up internally, and how to win share.
  • Actively prospect, develop, and close new business-both within existing national accounts and through new strategic partnerships-to drive sustained, aggressive growth.
  • Drive aggressive sales growth through product expansion, pricing strategy, merchandising, and supply chain capabilities.
  • Build and execute retention + new business strategies across assigned accounts and targeted prospects.
  • Run business reviews/QBRs, planning sessions, and ongoing performance check-ins with customers.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Operations to launch customer initiatives and new product opportunities.
  • Maintain customer pricing structures/files, track profitability, and manage to budget + company goals.
  • Represent FedPro at customer meetings and industry events.
  • As accounts expand, potentially support/align rep relationships to scale coverage.

What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Business (or equivalent, relevant experience).
  • 5 to 7 years in a senior sales/account role (National Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Director, etc.).
  • Proven track record of account management + measurable growth in industrial-related markets (industrial, chemical, electrical, HVAC, building products, specialty chemicals, or adjacent).
  • Strong preference for experience growing/servicing accounts like Fastenal, Grainger, MSC, Ferguson (or similar national distributors).
  • Highly proactive, organized, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a remote role.
