Job description

Our client, a well-established New York CPG company, is seeking a Finance Manager, Supply Chain & Operations, who can bring strong analytical expertise to a highly visible role supporting financial and operational performance. In this role, you will oversee FP& A activities across Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, and Corporate functions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional leaders to drive accurate forecasting, evaluate performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and turn financial and operational data into actionable business insights.


Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, and corporate overhead functions.

·        Partner with business leaders to analyze financial performance, explain variances, monitor KPIs, and identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

·        Evaluate operational costs across sourcing, production, freight, distribution centers, 3PL partners, and corporate departments.

·        Build financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support scenario planning, business cases, network decisions, productivity initiatives, and strategic investments.

·        Collaborate with Accounting and cross-functional teams during month-end close, ensuring accurate results and clear communication of financial performance to leadership.

·        Drive continuous improvements in FP& A processes, reporting, data quality, automation, and planning practices.
