Marco is seeking an experienced Solutions Sales Consultant to join our Wide Format sales team. In this role, you'll focus on helping customers solve business challenges - owning opportunities from discovery through close while contributing to overall sales growth within this solutions category.
This position is ideal for a consultative sales professional who understands wide format solutions and enjoys partnering with customers, internal teams, and technical resources to deliver the right fit.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage and grow a pipeline of wide format opportunities to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations that clearly communicate business value
  • Lead technical discovery conversations and qualify wide format opportunities
  • Design and sell products and services within our robust wide format portfolio.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs through effective technical documentation and intake processes.
  • Maintain working knowledge of wide format technologies, industry trends, and competitive offerings

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate's degree with 3+ years of experience preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience selling wide format solutions
  • A strong sales track record with the ability to close complex opportunities
  • Clear, confident communication skills with customers and internal partners
  • Selfmotivation and comfort working toward defined goals
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools

COMPENSTAION & BENEFITS:

  • Base salary range: $45,000-$75,000 annually, plus commission
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision
