Our production team in West Palm Beach is actively seeking a Large Format Specialist to join us full-time. The Large Format Specialist is responsible for operating various large-format machines and equipment and assisting in the completion of our clients projects, from initial print to final installation. In this role, you will be a vital part of our production workflow, working closely with the team to ensure every project is completed accurately, efficiently, and to our high standards for quality.

Large Format Specialists Key Responsibilities include:
  • Large Format Production & Finishing: Operate and maintain a wide range of printing and finishing large-format machinery. This includes printing, mounting, cutting, laminating, and finishing graphics on various substrates.
  • Signage Installation: Execute the precise installation of various large-scale signage projects. Conduct on-site assessments with clients for job estimation, identify challenges, and take accurate measurements.
  • Project Management: Keep track of jobs in production using industry software to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and meet scheduled due dates.
  • Quality Control: Thoroughly inspect completed projects to guarantee superior quality and accuracy before delivery or installation. Maintain machines and ensure the upkeep of production equipment.
  • Miscellaneous Production Tasks: Transition seamlessly between departments to assist with manual assembly & bindery, or package finished products for shipping.
Our ideal Large Format Specialist has:

Requirements to work on our team:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Class E Driver's License with a clean driving record for travel to installation sites.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods and lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, or lifts as required for installations.
