Job description

Experienced Wraps, Signs & Graphics Installer PCB Wraps is hiring an Experienced Wraps, Signs & Graphics Installer for vehicle wraps, commercial graphics, signs, decals, and specialty installations. This is a skilled hourly + commission position for an experienced installer who can produce clean, professional work efficiently and take ownership of projects from prep through final installation. Responsibilities - Install vehicle wraps, commercial graphics, decals, lettering, window/wall graphics, and signs - Prep surfaces and perform vehicle disassembly/reassembly - Measure, position, align, trim, heat, and finish vinyl installations - Complete sign and graphics installations in-shop and on-site - Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary corrections - Inspect completed work for quality before delivery - Work with production staff to keep projects moving efficiently - Assist and guide less-experienced installers when needed Qualifications - Professional wrap, sign, or graphics installation experience required - Strong vinyl installation and finishing skills - Attention to detail and ability to work independently - Comfortable with hand tools, ladders, installation equipment, and vehicle disassembly - Reliable and able to work within production schedules - Valid driver's license

Compensation: $600–$800 weekly base + production commission, based on experience and skill level. Commission is earned on completed installation work, with increased earning potential based on productivity.

This position rewards installers who can consistently deliver quality work, strong production, and minimal rework.

Experienced candidates are encouraged to provide photos or a portfolio of previous installation work.
