Position Overview
We are seeking a Production & Installation Specialist in signage, graphics, production, and vinyl installation. This position involves working both in our production facility and on-site at client locations to fabricate and install a wide variety of signs and graphics. While experience in the graphics and signage industry is preferred, we will also train the right candidate. This role is approximately a 50/50 mix of in-shop production and field installation.
Responsibilities
โ€ข Accurately measure spaces and surfaces for sign production and installation
โ€ข Fabricate signs using various materials and tools, including cutting, routing, and finishing
โ€ข Install vinyl graphics, dimensional letters, wall wraps, vehicle graphics, and other signage types
โ€ข Safely operate equipment including printers, plotters, laminators, and hand tools
โ€ข Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and design proofs
โ€ข Communicate with the project manager and clients to ensure quality and accuracy
โ€ข Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
โ€ข Follow company standards for quality and brand consistency
โ€ข Work efficiently to meet production deadlines and installation schedules
โ€ข Assist in keeping jobs moving through production without delays
โ€ข Communicate clearly with team members to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time
