Job description

AceCorp Holdings LLC is seeking a Graphic Designer & DTF Printing Operator to support high-quality, production-ready graphics and printed materials for business and customer needs.

Position Summary

The Graphic Designer & DTF Printing Operator will create and prepare print-ready designs while operating DTF printing equipment to produce consistent, accurate finished products. This role blends creative design execution with hands-on production work, ensuring outputs meet quality standards and project specifications.

Working onsite in Boca Raton, FL, you will collaborate with internal teams to translate visual concepts into production files and printed results—handling artwork preparation, print production, and basic quality checks from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and adapt artwork for print production, ensuring correct sizing, formatting, and visual alignment.

  • Prepare and verify print-ready files, including color and layout adjustments to meet project requirements.

  • Operate DTF printing equipment, manage print runs, and maintain efficient workflow in the production area.

  • Inspect finished prints for quality and consistency, and troubleshoot common production issues as needed.

  • Maintain production organization, labeling, and documentation to support timely delivery and accurate output.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience producing print-ready graphics and/or performing graphic production in a hands-on setting.

  • Ability to follow design and production specifications with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Comfort operating production equipment in a fast-paced environment and sustaining consistent quality.

  • Strong visual judgment for color, alignment, and layout readiness for printing.

  • Reliable, punctual work habits and the ability to collaborate effectively onsite.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with DTF printing or other apparel/transfer printing workflows.

  • Familiarity with common file preparation concepts such as resolution, vector/raster considerations, and print scaling.

  • Experience supporting design-to-production handoffs, including basic preflight checks.

  • A portfolio showcasing graphic design work and/or printed output samples.
