How to become a graphic installer?

There are no formal qualifications to become a graphic installer beyond experience in the field and a high school diploma or equivalent. Some positions are available for entry-level graphic installers. In these positions, you learn the necessary cutting and application skills under the supervision of an experienced graphic installer. After you become more familiar with the job duties, you can begin to work on your own. Positions that require experience look for candidates with at least one year of experience installing vinyl. You also need a valid driver’s license if your job requires you to travel to meet with customers to install graphics on location.
