Position Summary
The Ticket Operations Graduate Assistant assists with the implementation of our strategic plan to sell season and group tickets in football, volleyball, men's and women's basketball, baseball, and softball. The Ticketing Graduate Assistant reports to Coordinator of Ticket Operations.
Essential Functions
- Assist with game day responsibilities of the ticket sales department, such as box office sales, will call, managing sales tables, and facilitating group experiences to ensure a seamless and positive experience for attendees.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Work scheduled office hours, handling tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing the ticket system.
- Support data capture and database management within the ticketing system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for reporting and analysis.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Consistent, punctual, and regular attendance.
- Relative course study or experience.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.
- Employee shall adhere to all applicable rules and regulations of the University, the Conference, and the NCAA.
Required Education
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Must be current UIW Graduate Student

Preferred Qualifications
Previous sales or customer service experience (preferred not required)
Required Certifications, Licenses or Registrations
Must have a valid drivers license, driving record that is insurable by UIW insurance carrier, and be at least 21 years of age, as required to drive for UIW.
Work Hours
- Monday-Friday, some nights and weekends.
- Must work at least 20-25 hours per week.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift equipment, tools, and/or materials weighing up to 25 pounds waist high.
- Ability to move around campus.
