Job Summary
Concord University is seeking qualified applicants for multiple Graduate Assistant (GA) positions within the Department of Athletics for the 2026-2027 academic year. These positions offer hands-on professional experience in collegiate athletics while supporting the operational, coaching, and administrative needs of our NCAA Division II programs.

The GA will assist with recruiting, game planning and all aspects of the Division II program in compliance with all NCAA, MEC Conference and institutional rules and regulations.
This position is open to Concord Graduate Students only. Full tuition waiver plus competitive stipend provided.
Duties and Responsibilities
Duty/Responsibility
Responsibilities will vary by sport or assignment but may include:
  • Assisting with practice planning, instruction, and skill development
  • Supporting game-day operations, travel logistics, and equipment management
  • Recruiting prospective student-athletes in compliance with NCAA and Mountain East Conference regulations
  • Assisting with strength and conditioning programming
  • Supporting academic monitoring and student-athlete development initiatives
  • Completing administrative duties assigned by the head coach or supervising athletic staff
  • Athletic Training GA:
    • Assisting with injury prevention, evaluation, rehabilitation, and event coverage under the supervision of certified athletic trainers
