Position Purpose:
The Export Sales Coordinator serves as a central point of communication for the export sales staff, managing a variety of responsibilities related to supporting sales efforts. This position requires significant interaction both internally and externally, involving all aspects of the organization's export operations. The Export Sales
Coordinator assists export sales associates with record keeping and order processing, working closely with both sales and warehouse associates. This individual may perform additional duties as assigned to best serve the company's needs.
Major Functional Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily assistance with customer service-related tasks
  • Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of order processing to completion
  • Assist in completing and communicating the status of or potential issues with required warehouse and departmental documents to include but not limited container information sheets, bills of lading, and government inspection documents
  • Communicate with customers regarding their final order summaries to ensure accuracy
  • Collaborate with other team members in the same role to provide back-up coverage for vacations, etc.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the department or organization
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

6 Months - 1 Year experience supporting sales staff
Required Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel and other business software
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus
