Job description

A fast paced gourmet cafe and marketplace is searching for a full time front of house floor manager/assistant manager. The qualified applicant must be an experienced front of house restaurant operator with 2 to 4 years of management experience in full service, casual dining or fast-casual environments. We are looking for individuals who possess these traits: Sense of urgency Loyalty High energy/upbeat personality Passion for food Multi-tasking Ability to motivate staff Ability to ensure seamless customer service Detail oriented Ability to execute high standards Consistency in Good Work-Ethics Team player You should also be familiar in all of the following areas: back of house/kitchen, safety, sanitation, HR, facility maintenance, customer service and be able to bring all of these pieces together every day in a very high paced, high customer demand environment.
