Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our sports academy team. This entry-level role is perfect for a tech-savvy individual looking to build a career in sports administration. You will balance your week working remotely and on-site, managing athlete data, performing website updates, and keeping our operations organized. We will provide training on our specific systems, but strong communication skills and spreadsheet comfort are required.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Web Operations: Perform routine text, image, and schedule updates on the academy website to keep families informed.
  • Data Entry: Input and maintain accurate athlete rosters, attendance logs, and schedules using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Detail Checking: Review incoming registration forms, waivers, and digital paperwork for complete accuracy.
  • Communication & Support: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet families on-site with a professional, friendly attitude.
  • Weekend Events: Support academy operations during occasional weekend games, tournaments, or registration events
Qualifications
  • Strong Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; clear, professional, and welcoming.
  • Web-Savvy: Comfortable navigating digital tools, online forms, and making basic updates to website platforms.
