The Role:

  • Design & Artistry: Create high-end retail arrangements and large-scale event florals (weddings, corporate, parties).
  • Versatility: Demonstrate mastery in various styles—from classic and romantic to modern and avant-garde.
  • Shop Leadership: Assist with daily operations, including flower processing, inventory, and helping junior staff.
  • Event Execution: Lead on-site setups and strikes, ensuring every bloom is perfectly placed.
What You Bring:

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in both retail and event floral design.
  • Technical Skill: Deep knowledge of flower varieties, seasonal availability, and advanced mechanics (foam-free installations are a plus!).
  • Vibe: A calm-under-pressure attitude and a genuine passion for customer service.
  • Logistics: Ability to handle physical demands (lifting buckets/standing) and a valid driver’s license.
Compensation:

  • Salary is negotiable and highly competitive, based on your specific level of experience and portfolio. We value talent and are ready to pay for it.
