We are seeking a reliable and courteous Delivery Driver to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering floral arrangements and gifts to customers promptly and in perfect condition. You will be the face of our company, ensuring each delivery is handled with care and professionalism.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Safely and efficiently deliver arrangements and gifts to customers at their homes, offices, and event locations
- Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and according to schedule
- Handle floral arrangements with care to prevent damage during transportation
- Provide excellent customer service, including greeting recipients with a friendly demeanor and obtaining delivery confirmations
- Assist with loading/unloading delivery vehicles and maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and report any issues or delays to the shop
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any vehicle issues promptly
- Transport flower shipments and floral supplies from local wholesale vendors

Preferred Skills (not required):

- Knowledge of San Antonio and surrounding areas
- Experience handling fragile or perishable items and/or delivery experience
- Basic understanding of floral care to ensure arrangements remain in top condition during delivery
