About Us:
Bethany Blues is looking for an energetic and experienced Full-Time Hourly Floor Manager to join our team across both our Lewes and Downtown Rehoboth Beach locations. If you’re passionate about hospitality, have a strong leadership presence, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is the job for you!

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a flexible and motivated manager who can handle the challenges of managing multiple locations. This position will require overseeing both lunch and dinner shifts, and we’re looking for someone who can handle a dynamic schedule with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead front-of-house staff across both locations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any guest concerns or issues
  • Coordinate and manage daily floor operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for guests and staff
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory checks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests
  • Train, develop, and motivate front-of-house team members
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor laws
  • Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a management role in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
