Part-Time Flooring Sales Representative

Location: Loma Linda, CA

Part-Time | Weekends may be required

$17-18/hour Base Pay + Commission

We’re a family-owned, woman-led flooring company with 15+ years of trusted service in Southern California looking for a motivated and personable Flooring Sales Representative to join our growing team! An ideal candidate will be experienced with Retail Sales and Customer Service preferably within the flooring/home improvement industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
  • Provide expert advice on carpet, laminate, vinyl, and hardwood flooring options
  • Generate quotes, conduct field measures and close sales
  • Follow up with leads and referrals
  • Coordinate with installers and manage job timelines
  • Keep showroom clean and organized
  • Additional office related tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus
  • 3+ years of sales or customer service experience required
    • Flooring or home improvement industry experience preferred
  • Must be friendly, proactive, and confident communicator
  • Basic math and computer skills (QFloors software experience is preferred)
  • Must be reliable, organized, detailed and team-oriented
