Job description

The Floor Coordinator is responsible for overseeing dailymanufacturing operations on the production floor while actively participatingin hands-on fabrication activities. This position combines frontlinecoordination, and real-time problem-solving.

The Floor Coordinator ensures safe, efficient, andhigh-quality production by driving execution of daily priorities, supportingoperators and technicians, and responding tactically to issues on the floor tomeet operational targets.
