Job description

Immanuel Pathways PACE®  is seeking a Community In-Home RN to work at 7700 Hickman Road, Windsor Heights, IA 50324.  

Schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. With Incentivized on call rotation every 8 to 10 weeks. 

Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education. We reimburse $0.725/mile for travel.

What You Will Do

Under the direct supervision of the Clinic Practice Manager and/or Clinical Nurse Supervisor, the Community In-Home RN is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of homecare services for program participants.

Skills & Requirements

Current Registered Nurses License, in the respective state in which he/she is employed is required.

Bachelor of Science Nursing (BSN) preferred

Two (2) years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home or community based setting; home health experience preferred.
