We at Assured Care are seeking an RN to ensure that the health and safety of up to 9 clients are met through assessments and reassessments of the clients, development and implementation of appropriate service plans and plans of care, monitoring of clientsโ€™ services, supervision of home care staff and on-going training of home care staff and determining they are competent prior to delegating tasks to them.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring quality assurance and regulatory compliance while promoting the highest degree of quality care and service Overseeing coordination of residentsโ€™ health and wellness needs, ancillary services, medication program management and completion of assessments and individual service plans
  • Having responsibility for training direct care team members and for their performance management, evaluation and engagement

Qualifications:

  • 2 years RN experience including at least one year of experience in home health, assisted living or a long-term care environment
  • Minimum of 1 year nurse management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management scheduling and daily operations supervision
  • Familiarity with medical software and equipment
  • Proficiency with GoogleSuite
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
