We at Assured Care are seeking an RN to ensure that the health and safety of up to 9 clients are met through assessments and reassessments of the clients, development and implementation of appropriate service plans and plans of care, monitoring of clients' services, supervision of home care staff and on-going training of home care staff and determining they are competent prior to delegating tasks to them.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring quality assurance and regulatory compliance while promoting the highest degree of quality care and service Overseeing coordination of residents' health and wellness needs, ancillary services, medication program management and completion of assessments and individual service plans
  • Having responsibility for training direct care team members and for their performance management, evaluation and engagement
Qualifications:
  • 2 years RN experience including at least one year of experience in home health, assisted living or a long-term care environment
  • Minimum of 1 year nurse management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management scheduling and daily operations supervision
  • Familiarity with medical software and equipment
  • Proficiency with GoogleSuite
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
