Assignments typically support corporate catering, executive meetings, office dining programs, conferences, training sessions, and workplace hospitality events.

The Party Staff, Inc. is a leading hospitality staffing company with more than 36 years of experience supporting corporate dining, catering companies, event venues, universities, hotels, and private clients. As corporate dining continues to expand in the Silicon Valley market, we are growing our catering support team and seeking dependable hospitality professionals who enjoy structured, professional work environments.


Position Summary
The Catering Attendant supports corporate food service operations including catering delivery support, buffet setup, meeting service, beverage stations, and general hospitality support within business environments. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who enjoy daytime schedules, polished service standards, and consistent corporate dining assignments.

Assignments vary based on client needs and business volume.


Typical Shifts
Most assignments occur weekday mornings and afternoons, often between 6:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Some early morning setup or occasional extended shifts may occur based on corporate events. Reliability and punctuality are essential.


Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain corporate catering buffets, beverage stations, and meeting service
• Assist with food presentation, replenishment, and service flow
• Deliver professional guest service in office and corporate environments
• Support catering deliveries, setup, and post-service breakdown
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
• Communicate effectively with chefs, corporate dining managers, and team members
• Follow uniform standards, safety procedures, and client service expectations
