Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to determine the appropriate physical therapy strategies for each patient.
  • Design individualized treatment plans that incorporate recognized physical therapy modalities and techniques in accordance with best practices.
  • Consult patients and their caregivers, providing education and training on effective coping mechanisms and rehabilitation techniques.
  • Competently work with diverse age groups, including neonates, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations, addressing their unique rehabilitation needs.
  • Document patient interactions, care plans, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner, complying with all relevant regulatory and facility standards.
  • Maintain high departmental productivity metrics while balancing workload and ensuring optimal patient care.
  • Supervise physical therapy assistants, aides, and students, ensuring high-quality delivery of therapeutic services.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to keep current with advancements in physical therapy methodologies and practices.
  • Engage in departmental quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Assist in the operational tasks of the department, including resource management and scheduling.
  • Promote and develop physical therapy programs through strategic marketing efforts to enhance visibility and referrals to our services.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our team serves a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain conditions. The Physical Therapist will be directly involved in providing care that focuses on rehabilitation, injury prevention, and sustainable health improvement across various age groups.

Qualifications
  • A valid and current state Physical Therapist license.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited physical therapy program, with a preference for a Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
  • At least two years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting related to physical therapy.
  • Demonstrated expertise in evaluating patient needs and developing appropriate interventions.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and perform manual tasks; must possess strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients and colleagues.
