• Implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans to address specific orthopedic conditions and enhance patient recovery.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants to ensure adherence to treatment protocols and quality standards.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients’ physical capabilities using diagnostic tests to inform treatment plans.
• Assess living conditions and make recommendations that promote patient independence and a seamless rehabilitation process.
• Administer manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities to alleviate pain and restore function.
• Engage in the preparation of clinical records including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring documentation is thorough and compliant.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and ensure cohesive treatment strategies are executed.
• Provide education for clients and their families about therapeutic techniques, exercises, and the proper use of rehabilitation equipment.
• Foster strong partnerships with patients, encouraging their active participation in their rehabilitation journey.
• Maintain regular communication with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient status and treatment updates.

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• At least one year of relevant experience, preferably in orthopedic settings or home care.
• Current physical therapy licensure in the state of Washington.
• Valid CPR certification and driver's license with automobile insurance.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Commitment to patient-focused care and a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients.
• Proficiency in understanding and complying with federal and state regulations concerning physical therapy practices.

• Prior experience working in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation settings.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and familiarity with OASIS documentation.
• Background in supervising and mentoring physical therapy assistants.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
