Job description

Service Advisor (Fleet Focus) - All-Pro Fleet Services | Southern Oregon
This is NOT your typical service advisor role.
If you're used to oil changes, soccer moms, and slow-paced retail... this isn't for you.
If you thrive in a fast-moving environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and take pride in keeping businesses on the road, keep reading.
Who We Are
At All-Pro Fleet Services, we keep Southern Oregon's businesses moving.
We're a family-owned, fleet-first repair shop specializing in:
  • Medium-duty trucks & box trucks
  • Heavy-duty diesel
  • Light-duty (primarily USA brands)
  • Equipment & specialty vehicles

We operate both in-shop AND mobile service, meaning no two days look the same.
Our customers aren't one-time visitors-they're long-term fleet partners who depend on us to keep their operations running.
What You'll Do
This role is part air traffic controller, part problem solver, and part relationship manager.
You will:
  • Coordinate repairs for fleet clients with real deadlines
  • Build accurate estimates and prioritize jobs based on urgency
  • Communicate clearly with technicians, vendors, and customers
  • Manage work orders from check-in to completion
  • Help keep both shop and mobile operations running smoothly

What Makes This Role Different
You're not selling repairs-you're protecting uptime for businesses.
You'll work with fleet managers, not just walk-in customers.
You'll manage multiple moving pieces (literally-trucks, techs, schedules)
You'll be part of a tight-knit, high-performing team
Pay & Benefits
  • Base salary starting at $52,000+
  • Monthly performance bonuses (currently averaging ~$1,000/month)
  • Profit-sharing opportunities
  • 401(k)
  • Health, dental & vision insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Company events & strong team culture

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in a similar role
  • Strong organization & ability to prioritize under pressure
  • Excellent communication (with customers AND technicians)
  • Team-first attitude
  • Experience with trucks, fleet, or diesel is a huge plus
  • Parts or estimating experience = bonus

This Role Is NOT For You If...
  • You struggle with fast-paced environments
  • You don't like accountability
  • You prefer working alone instead of with a team
  • You're looking for an "easy" service writer job

Why All-Pro?
We don't just fix trucks-we build long-term partnerships.
If you want to be part of a company that:
  • Values integrity, efficiency, and growth
  • Invests in its people
  • Plays a key role in the Southern Oregon business community

...then we want to talk to you.
Apply today and build a career- not just a job.
