Our new shop is scheduled to open at the end of October, and we're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Truck Service Advisor to join us from day one.

We're hiring now, and selected team members will train at one of our established locations before the new shop opens. That means you'll have the opportunity to learn our systems, processes, and expectations before opening day - so you're ready to hit the ground running.

  • Recommend additional products and services when appropriate to help meet customer needs and drive revenue.
  • Build customer trust through professional, honest, and knowledgeable communication.
  • Process over-the-counter (OTC) transactions and understand various payment types.
  • Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate deliveries.
  • Communicate effectively with technicians, customers, vendors, and leadership.
  • Complete end-of-shift cash drops and required shift reports.
  • Help maintain a safe environment for customers and team members.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure every traveler leaves better than they arrived.
What We're Looking For
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Truck service, automotive, diesel, travel center, or related industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to confidently recommend products and services while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
