  • Lead development and recommendations of field operating routines, reporting cadence, scorecards, provider review templates, and performance dashboards used to evaluate battery program effectiveness and monitor improvement progress.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service, roadside assistance, fleet operations, provider network management, sales performance management, market operations, vendor / partner oversight, or related business operations role preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing operational or sales performance data, identifying systemic business issues, developing recommendations, and influencing leaders or partners across multiple markets or teams.
  • Experience supporting revenue growth, service consistency, provider performance, process improvement, training strategy, compliance improvement, or operating-standard implementation preferred.
