CableCom is seeking an entry level Fleet Coordinator who will assist with the administration of vehicle operation programs in the Snohomish, WA area. The Fleet Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the organization in equipment procurement and distribution, while maintaining accurate recordkeeping for all assets
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $23 - $25/hr

What you'll do
- Maintaining up to date files and records
- Assist the Fleet Department in maintaining employee files
- Assist the Fleet Department in the maintenance and upkeep of company vehicles, including minor vehicle maintenance/repairs.
- Receive and Input weekly Vehicle and Equipment Reports
- Scan Motor Vehicle Reports
- Data entry of various data bases
- Photocopy and file reports
- Communicate with field to resolve any issues with paperwork
- Assist in the titling of Company Vehicles
- Follow up/close small damage claims
What you'll need
- Strong/advanced computer capabilities in Microsoft Word, Excel, email & internet research
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects with short term goals.
- Problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail are required.
- General vehicle knowledge preferred, but not required.
- Outstanding quality control skills.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass criminal background and drug screening
- Must have current valid driver's license
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
The wage range for Fleet Coordinator is $23.00 - $25.00
