What You'll Be Doing
  • Clean and prepare guests with efficiency and exceptional attention to detail
  • Restock rooms with fresh linens, amenities, and supplies so every guest has exactly what they need
  • Inspect rooms to ensure quality, report maintenance needs, and proactively prevent guest concerns
  • Take ownership of your work and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment
  • Provide friendly, professional interactions that make guests feel welcomed and cared for
  • Maintain a high level of organization and time management to meet daily room assignments
  • Follow all safety, cleanliness, and emergency procedures
  • Support hotel operations with additional duties as assigned

Requirements (Essential Job Functions)
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in the primary language(s) used in the workplace
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per shift)
  • Ability to lift, lower, and maneuver up to 30 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, pivot, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday
