Job Summary: As the Assistant Store Manager you are responsible for supporting the Area Manager in operating a Clean Juice location. These responsibilities include: guest satisfaction, COGS and Labor management, scheduling, team development, local marketing within your community through event sponsorship, product sampling and Juice Booster networking. Additionally, you are responsible for cultivating and maintaining a positive store culture while building a pipeline of inspired team members to grow within our brand. Above all, you must intimately understand that our guests are the foundation of our business and our Juiceristas are the heartbeat!

Employee Management:

 Supervise Staff

 Monitor employee training and development through our online training program, ensure all employees are up-to-date on latest training initiatives

Maintain a Labor percentage of sales of 30% or less through strategic weekly scheduling, while making daily labor cuts when necessary

Conduct daily pre-shift and monthly staff meetings to ensure operational efficiency in your store, and to build morale

Maintain employee morale through team building activities and creative employee incentives

Facility and Operational Responsibilities:

 Manage and minimize COGS waste through proper training and inventory management

 Check accuracy of deliveries and hold vendors accountable to quality standards

 Monitor your store, taking appropriate action to ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met

Ensure the facility and all equipment are maintained to company standards regarding cleanliness and regular maintenance

Obtain ServSafe certification, practice proper food safety, and hold employees to the same standard

Maintain a high standard of quality hygiene, health, and safety in your store

Qualifications*:

 Possess basic math skills

 Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

 Willingness to work with heavy machinery

 Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and very frequently lift up to 50 pounds

 Prior management experience preferred

 Once hired, you must pass the Clean Juice University training program
