THE JOB / Hospitality Director (Global Hospitality) (Payment Services Client)
EXPERIENCES / Responsible for planning and executing event and experiential marketing programs.
***Our headquarters is in Stamford, CT, but the location of this position can be flexible with priority given to candidates open to hybrid work (3 days week in office) in one of our office locations - Stamford, CT, New York, NY, Charlotte, NC, Chicago, IL, Miami, FL or Atlanta, GA.
Our client is an award-winning Payment Services brand known for their iconic marketing initiatives. We are searching for a Hospitality Director who will be responsible for overseeing a North America-based event calendar associated with our client"'s property partnerships, inclusive of Sports, Golf and Entertainment. This position will have a strong focus on project management within the US, Canada and Latin America/Caribbean events and product and service integrations.
This position is best suited for a candidate inspired by working in a team environment with a diverse group of people from different countries and cultural backgrounds. This position requires a strong and advanced skill set in the B2B hospitality space, providing leadership to our team"'s delivery of hospitality, project management, asset utilization and agency integration.
Our future Account Director should be someone with experience leading and hosting executives and B2B and B2C clients, coupled with a customer-centric mindset possessing the social savvy required to work across multiple marketing disciplines.
THE WORK YOU"'LL DO
- Serve as a reliable agency contact for client sponsorship, internal client departments and agency partners
- Oversee B2B Hospitality Programming across multiple regions and events, with a focus on the Americas
- Serve as the client liaison for Americas/B2B Hospitality and Product Service Integration
- Manage a US based team to plan and execute high profiled B2B events
- Integrate client"'s products and services into sponsorship programs
- Serve as an experiential expert to ideate on innovative ways to convey client messaging through events and hospitality
- Oversee B2B programming and Executive onsite management
- Manage finance trackers, budgets, and program reconciliations
- Develop sales decks and presentations to be presented to internal and external audiences
- Support the agency experiences team as a key member of the hosting and hospitality vertical, bringing new insights and ideas to an evolving industry

- A passion for events/experiences, ranging from large-scale custom experiences to small-scale turnkey events
- 7""10-year(s) work experience in hospitality or experiential marketing and proven experience managing VIP and executive groups
